About the Role:
We are seeking a professional and ambitious Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to the CEO of a rapidly growing Property Management Group. This role presents an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong administrative experience who is eager to take the next step in their career by supporting at executive level within a well established and expanding organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive diary and inbox management for the CEO
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and produce accurate minutes and action points
- Arrange national and international travel, itineraries and accommodation
- Draft correspondence and reports with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Act as the first point of contact on behalf of the CEO, ensuring professionalism at all times
- Support the preparation of presentations, board papers, and briefing documents
- Undertake ad hoc tasks and projects as required to support the CEO’s priorities
About You:
- Previous experience in an administrative or PA role, ideally supporting senior management
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise competing demands
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Professional, discreet and confident dealing with stakeholders at all levels
- Motivated to develop within a corporate environment and progress to an Executive Assistant level role
