A growing independent creative agency is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to sit at the heart of the business, bridging financial control and financial strategy.

 

The Role:

This is a senior hands on role acting as a key commercial partner to the Finance Director and senior leadership team. You will provide insight and analysis to support business decisions, growth plans and investment choices, while leading budgeting, forecasting and re-forecasting across the agency.

 

You will model scenarios around new business wins, resourcing, pricing and profitability and support long term financial planning and overall agency strategy. Alongside the Financial Controller, you will own the monthly management accounts, ensuring clarity, accuracy and meaningful insight.

 

Working closely with operations and client teams, you will help optimise resourcing and utilisation, support pricing and commercial structures, and bring financial discipline to project delivery in a way that supports creativity rather than restricts it. You will also contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes, tools and systems, helping the business prepare for growth and increasing complexity.

 

What we are looking for:

  • Ideally qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with proven experience in a senior finance role
  • Good understanding of agency economics including utilisation, margin and project based work
  • Experience partnering senior leadership and influencing decisions
  • Strong analytical, modelling and commercial skills
  • Ability to balance detail with big picture thinking
  • Pragmatic, collaborative and solutions focused mindset
  • Comfortable in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment

Accounts Assistant - Central London (Head Office) Hybrid working - (4 days in / 1 day out) A well established organisation based in London is looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to support its finance function. This is a busy, hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys working with high volumes across both accounts receivable and payable. The role will support day to day financial operations, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely processing of supplier payments, robust reconciliations, and effective query management. You will also assist with month end, year end, and audit processes, playing a key part in maintaining strong cash flow and financial controls.
