Finance Manager

Finance Manager - Hampshire Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per year | Full-time - Permanent A Finance Manager is sought to join a growing, dynamic business based in Hampshire. Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role offers the opportunity to oversee a broad spectrum of financial activities, including management accounts, payroll, multi-currency bank reconciliations and system processes. You will also lead and develop a small, high performing finance team, helping to drive efficiency, accuracy and continuous improvement across the function. Key Responsibilities: Preparation of accurate monthly management accounts and multi-entity year end accounts Support for audits, VAT and US sales tax returns Daily bank reconciliations, payroll administration and supplier payments Managing sales agent commissions and responding to financial queries Leading, coaching and developing a Credit Controller and two Finance Assistants Driving process improvements and liaising with external finance software support Requirements: ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent experience (QBE) Previous experience in a similar Finance Manager role Proven experience managing and developing a team Payroll experience and strong Microsoft Excel skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work to deadlines in a fast paced environment Within reasonable commuting distance of Romsey The successful candidate will be organised, discreet, self driven and collaborative, thriving in a fast growing environment.
