Interim FP&A Manager - Group Reporting

A leading international Real Estate group is seeking a commercially minded FP&A Manager to join their finance team. Reporting directly to the CFO and working closely with the Head of FP&A, this role offers the opportunity to provide detailed financial insight, support strategic decision making, and help drive the business forward. The role is broad in scope, covering all aspects of FP&A and providing exposure across multiple business functions, with significant opportunity to influence reporting, processes, and overall financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage month end financial processes including review of P&L, accruals, prepayments, and headcount reports
Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packs, forecasts, and budgets, liaising with budget holders to collect and reconcile data
Provide detailed financial and commercial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, supporting the business in key decision making
Work closely with the CFO and business partners to enhance visibility on performance and accountability across the organisation
Lead continuous improvement initiatives within FP&A, including process optimisation, system enhancements, and development of analytical tools
Support the development of junior staff, sharing knowledge and driving best practice across the team
Develop enhanced reporting and analytical frameworks to provide clarity and insight to leadership
Act as a trusted partner to both financial and non financial stakeholders, providing clear and actionable information
Candidate Profile:
ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel, with experience of finance systems such as CCH Tagetik, Microsoft GP, Proactis, or Magnitude advantageous
Strong FP&A experience, including complex forecasting, reporting, and budgeting
Proven ability to work in a growing organisation and act as a bridge between the business and finance
Strong modelling and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present insights clearly
Commercially minded, proactive, and solutions oriented, with the confidence to contribute ideas and influence decision making
Strategic and operational thinker, able to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills

A leading financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Head of Operational Resilience to lead and develop its enterprise wide resilience strategy. Reporting into senior leadership within a technology and operations directorate, this newly created role will play a key part in ensuring the organisation can anticipate, withstand and recover from operational disruption across its core services.
The role will oversee the development and implementation of the operational resilience framework across multiple entities, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practice. You will work closely with executive leadership, risk and technology teams to identify vulnerabilities across areas such as cyber, technology, third-party risk and critical business services, while leading scenario testing, crisis management planning and incident response readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the organisation’s operational resilience strategy in line with regulatory requirements and best practice.
Oversee resilience across operations, technology, third party providers, and critical business services.
Lead resilience assessments, scenario testing, and reporting to the board and senior leadership.
Ensure robust business continuity, incident management, and crisis response frameworks are in place.
Drive cross functional collaboration to embed resilience across the organisation.
Monitor regulatory developments and maintain ongoing compliance.
Initiate and manage resilience related projects and initiatives.
Lead, motivate, and manage the Operational Resilience team.
Operate with a high degree of autonomy in strategic planning, decision making, and day to day resilience management, while aligning with governance, organisational strategy, and regulatory obligations in close partnership with senior leadership.
Required Experience & Attributes:
Extensive experience in operational resilience and/or operational risk, ideally within financial services, with strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., FCA).
Proven ability to lead cross-organisational projects, influence senior stakeholders, and drive organisational change.
Experienced in managing multi-disciplinary teams and delivering complex initiatives.
Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Professional qualifications in risk, resilience, or continuity (e.g., MBCI, CBCI, IRM) desirable.
Proactive, solution-focused, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams and stakeholders.
