CFO - International MarCom Business 8+ Months Fixed Term Contract - (3 days per week / hybrid working) We’re recruiting on behalf of a global Marketing & Communications business, based in Central London, who connect people, data and brands to optimise impact for their clients. We're looking to identify a high calibre individual to intercede on behalf of the current CFO during a period of maternity from the Summer until early 2025. In this pivotal role, you'll be entrusted with overseeing the financial and commercial landscape of the Group, ensuring that KPIs are met and management information is delivered to the Board's with precision and clarity. Responsibilities amongst others will include: Taking charge of financial Board reporting and actively participating in Board meetings to provide insightful analysis and guidance. Collaborating closely with senior leadership and external stakeholders to develop short and long term financial plans that align with strategic objectives. Providing prudent advice to the Board on investment opportunities, growth strategies, and product development initiatives. Refining global pricing strategies to maintain profitability and supporting regional teams in achieving their financial targets. Strengthening global commercial reporting systems in partnership with the Head of Finance to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Leading the global finance team in achieving collective strategic objectives.
