Key Responsibilities: As the new Head of Finance, you will oversee all financial operations for the UK division, while building a collaborative relationship with the Group business. This highly visible role demands a hands on approach to developing the UK finance function. You will drive financial strategy, ensure compliance, provide accurate analysis, and support the company’s growth trajectory. You'll be pivotal in shaping the business's financial performance. Technical Skills: Strong financial acumen and hands on experience in daily financial operations. Leadership: Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing finance teams. Finance Manager - PE Backed Energy Business We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join a fast growing energy business with ambitious expansion plans. Key Responsibilities: As the new Finance Manager, you’ll produce accurate and timely UK financial reports in accordance with IFRS standards whilst ensuring best practice measures are in place. Reporting into the wider Group, this is a highly visible, hands on role with exposure to a number of key stakeholders. Ultimately, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the business's financial performance. Are you ready to take on a business critical role within a rapidly expanding and innovative business? What You’ll Bring: ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified finance professional.
