Reporting into senior leadership within a technology and operations directorate, this newly created role will play a key part in ensuring the organisation can anticipate, withstand and recover from operational disruption across its core services. The role will oversee the development and implementation of the operational resilience framework across multiple entities, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practice. You will work closely with executive leadership, risk and technology teams to identify vulnerabilities across areas such as cyber, technology, third-party risk and critical business services, while leading scenario testing, crisis management planning and incident response readiness. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement the organisation’s operational resilience strategy in line with regulatory requirements and best practice. Oversee resilience across operations, technology, third party providers, and critical business services.
