Head of FP&A - Professional Services We’re currently recruiting on behalf of a globally renowned law firm. Their core mission is to empower clients by providing access to a seamlessly integrated firm with a diverse array of services, all delivered by the best commercial experts. What you’ll be doing: In this newly created role, the Head of FP&A will play an integral part in ensuring that the link between cross functional MI and financial reporting is enhanced and continuously improved. This represents a rare opportunity for the right individual to contribute to the transformation of a finance function whilst driving business performance within a successful, high growth firm. Do you have the ability and drive to create collaborative relationships? Do you want to be part of an exciting data driven transformation? What we need you to bring to the business: Qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) Extensive commercial experience from within a fast moving, global organisation. Previous Professional Services sector experience is advantageous but not essential. Demonstrable track record of FP&A, commercial finance, transformation, process improvement, mentoring & coaching Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly proficient with finance systems - OneStream, Board, Anaplan, Power BI or similar Strong interpersonal skills - able to forge strong working relationships and influence senior stakeholders What’s on offer in return: Highly competitive salary up to £120,000 - £130,000 per annum Bonus, Pension, Health Insurance London based - flexible hybrid working model (2 days onsite) Ongoing professional development What’s next?
